Spirit Keep You Busy!

Where has the year gone?

When I took the leap of faith and did as spirit kept telling me to do, and left a well paid full-time job that was distressing me because of a conflict of culture between the way government departments do things and my high levels of integrity and ethical way of doing things; I never really believed that they would bring me enough work to survive.
How wrong can one person be! I don't think I've had much time in the way of rest days over the last few months; and I love it.
Mediums have the most amazing job in the world you know, we get to met some of the worlds most special people at a time when they need healing and help. Spirit come forward through us to help their loved ones bringing comfort and healing in the knowledge that they've not been left behind to cope without their guiding hand. But even us mediums have to learn to trust sometimes and do as spirit ask and advise, just remember to test them to make sure you're hearing/feeling their directions clearly.
I'm getting ready again now to go off on tour again, it doesn't seem five minutes since I got home from the last one; but Tuesday morning will see me back in Derby for the week doing an evening of Clairvoyance in Ripley at a pub in Market Square. This has all be put together so quickly I'm not sure if my feet will touch the ground, while there a lovely special lady by the name of Paula has taken control of my diary for me and making all the arrangements for bookings of private readings so I don't have to worry about a thing.
I will not be back long when I'm heading off to Scotland again for the second leg of the 2008 InSPIRITational Tour (Scotland). Working in Bathgate, Linlithgow, Murieston and Livingston all the dates and places can be found on the website at the future events page.
Anyway this is only a quick update today of the blog because I have a lady coming round for a reading in a minute so there is no rest for the wicked you know so it's off to work I go.

The InSPIRITational Tour

As the start of our working together Val Hood and I did the demonstration of clairvoyance and a demonstration seance at the first night of 'Breathing Space Exhibition' being held at the decommissioned fire station in London last night.

Ben Judd was there on hand to help us keep calm, the event was very well attended and although I'm not sure how many people actually came through the door I know that we had standing room only at the clairvoyance and they couldn't get anymore people into the seance; sadly we ended up with some disappointed people but the rooms weren't that big.

Those who were in the audience other than maybe three or four people were not knowledgeable about spirit communication or the way in which mediums work; so the energy levels were a little low because of the barriers that are naturally there with something you're not sure of. It couldn't have been that bad though because we got a lot of both yes answers and laughter from those who were watching us from the audience.

The transition through to the seance was interesting because everyone was there waiting for us, and rearing to go but had to wait for the camera's to be reset. The room almost in darkness with just three candles and lamp with red light so that the video cameras would be able to film. A nice big round table in the centre of the larger of the rooms of the old bar area with a spirit board waiting for us to get working with.

There had been a trigger object left prior to our doing the Clairvoyance dem but because the room hadn't been locked we were unable to say if it had been moved by man or spirit hands. When moved to a different place prior to the seance beginning and when looked at again at the end of the seance it has again been moved and no one had been near it during the seance.

Although the room was packed with people all standing round the edge, the small bench at the back of the old bar had several people squeezed on there as well. The six seats that we had brought down from the room upstairs waiting for the 'victims'............

Three of the victims already picked were Val, me and Ben who wanted to be part of the actual seance at the start. We got off to a bit of a slow start to begin with but after spirit let us know that they wanted the planchet turned up the other way they were off like a rocket; with it spelling out what it wanted to communicate. We had some odd names along with very odd spellings, but the yes and no answers were working well. We did a change round of people and a new four came and joined us at the table; again we had a reaction from those in spirit with the board being used.

During the whole of the seance there was much touching of hands by spirit, temperature changes and odd vibrations happening to the table when we tried to see if they would move that for us as well. I received several pokes in the back and on my arm and have the bruises to prove it, one of the best one is a definite set of finger print marks on my arm. We spent a little time before leaving taking photos of orbs in the room, even those who were there to watch got them on their phones and cameras as well.

Sadly all too soon the time with spirit drew to an end and Val and I had to pack up then make our way across London to come back home. We travelled home feeling very excited but very very tired having used all our energies up during the evening.

Busy Year Ahead

Time has been keeping me very busy; what with Private Readings, Reiki Healing and Teaching I've been starting to work with a wonderful medium called Val Hood. Already having some dates organised for Platform Demonstrations, Workshop and also Psychic Investigations.

Something that is exciting us both 'The InSPIRITational Tour' we are in negotiation for dates in the USA, Portugal, Corfu, Canada and so many other locations it makes our heads spin.

One of the first things that we are booked for is an Art Exhibition in London, I know sounds odd doesn't it. We have been asked by the well known artist Ben Judd (http://www.benjudd.com) he's been brilliant to work with and so interested in the communication of spirit to us here on the earth. The area selected for us to give a demonstration in London is a disused fire station and in Nottingham it's a disused police station; as well as the demonstration we will be doing séance at both venues for a selected audience.

Val normally working in Red Hill in Surrey is respected and well known as a medium; although we work very differently we compliment each other by the way we work. So watch out for the dates to be added to my website as the weeks go along.

I've also made some alterations to the website which you may have noticed already; I've introduced a new price level for private readings. Everyone at the moment is very much under the strain of tight finances so I've now included the option to have a 30 minute reading at £35.00 it will still be put on a CD if you come to the house but sent by electronic mail if you're having a telephone reading.

I'll start to add some information on the blog over the next few weeks about spiritual development and the understanding of communication and the need to protect yourself if you are trying to use some of the more physical methods of communication.

Where did the week go?

Almost Wednesday already and I don't seem to have had five minutes to myself!

So far this week has started off really well; I had a wonderful evening at Gossops Green Church Crawley. As usual they made me feel very welcome and those that were there had braved the snow to get there. There was a mix of laughter and a few damp eyes as well as some really good evidence of spirit came through.

Today I had the privilege of doing Bridget Magrath's Reiki Attunements level I & II, I don't know when I've laughed so much during the day. Only working at home now I can often go all day without anyone other than the cats to talk to........... I have to say they don't have the greatest conversation skills going!!!! so if you call and I keep you on the phone you know why.

We had fun with giving Reiki to the cats as well but one seemed to have taken a shine to Bridget and decided that she wanted to join her on the chair while we were running through the theory and history of Reiki. I'm glad that Bridget is so understanding that Chelsea wanted extra healing and cuddles. I wonder if it was something to do with the football match that has just taken place this evening?

Well time for me to go, I will promise to add some more spiritual information over the coming days. So long for now

Welcome

Hello there,

I never thought I'd have my own Blog but it would appear to be the thing to do now. All ages and believes having the opportunity to access more and more information on the web means that you have to keep up with the times as they say.

The thing is what do you put on your Blog? just day to day thoughts, what you've been up to, answer questions well who knows! I certainly don't know that's for sure.

I've decided that it may be best if I just add a few musings to start with, you know how I'm feeling what I've been up to. Churches I've served evenings of Clairvoyance and the such like.

You never know I could even bore you all to death with the updates from where ever it is that I'm working when on tour.

Well enough for now as they say and I'll go and feed not only the cats but more importantly the husband.
